Type of active substance: Seed of quince contain substances like the rest of the fruit of quince, except that the seeds represented more mucus (20%) located in the outer sell seeds. Geographic Distribution: Quince is native to rocky slopes and woodland margins in South-West Asia, , northern Iran, Armenia, Turkey, Georgia to Afghanistan.
