Sweet fennel contain more than 10% methyl cavicol, 1-10% Fenchone , some values of D-Limonen, D-phellanderin, Anisic acid, Anisaldehyde, Fenchene, Myrcene, P- Myrcene, Thuyene, Terpinnene, Borneol, Isoborneol, Camphone and alpha and beta pinnene.
