What is Arugula?

Physical Characteristics
Arugula is an annual herbaceous plant, typically ranging in height from 10 to 50 cm.

Pedicels have fruit, compacted to the stem, measuring 2 to 7 cm in length and about 1 mm in thickness. The silicles measure 17 to 38 mm in length and 3.5 mm in width, featuring constricted spikes (5-9 mm), distinctly have prominent veins and two-rowed seeds.
