The corolla pieces are 6.5 to 8.5 mm long, elongated-rectangular, almost parallel-edged, with a rounded apex and thickening central vein, having edges that fold inward rapidly.

The flag filaments are approximately half the length of the corolla pieces, continuously joined to the corolla pieces by about 1 mm, purplish-red.

The outer ones have three lanceolate lobes, while the inner parts are three-lobed.

Anther sacs are about 1 mm long, and the capsules measure 4 to 5 mm in length.
